Nhoque de batata doce com papoula e molho de tomate caseiro (sem glúten)

500gr de purê de batata doce frio, 50gr de farinha sem glúten, 2 CS de papoula, 1 CS de azeite e sal rosa a gosto. Amassar bem, fazer o rolinho numa superfície esfarinhada, cortar e cozinhar na água fervente até subir . Adicionar o molho e servir 🙂
